The crisis of global economy no longer looking for the grades and CGPAs for the norms and standards.Trendy and tricky skills are required and accepted by the human resource cell.They are searching for freshers like Management students with well behavior, corporate etiquette's, convincing skills with a great persona and attitudes. Ahh.....wait!

This much is not enough for hiring.The organizations are mostly looking for hiring the freshers as a marketer or a sales executive.In today's era marketing is something that is keeping itself at the top level of an organization.I am not saying that marketing department have more importance than any other department of the firm.There is always a same importance of every sector within an organization.

They all (Finance, Human-resource, Marketing department) are binded with each other.

But, thing is that, Organization more like to reach customer and spread it's area.So, in the result, the human-resource section more like to focus in hiring for marketing, which tends to achieve the goal of organization. 

Marketing plays a vital role in today's world in construction of link among customer and the organisation.We all know why it is important in today's job world.

But, some parents might say 'NO' to this job profile.Because they are thinking 'WHY MARKETING! THERE ARE MANY JOBS, BUT WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A SALES MAN?.....😃

This thought is exactly wrong.They don't know the advancement of marketing.Marketing is not only like!!!! Go door to door, sale a product and doing advertising.Marketing is something else in today's era.

Marketing is having strategies with smart skills and digital skills which can satisfy the customer needs and demands.

So, Dreaming for Marketing is really gives you a plus in your career.Required thing, you need to  groom yourself at every field of Marketing accordingly, expand your thought process and continue improving by soft skills and subject skills to fit the market demand.

I know you must have a question, Why subject skills required?As recruiters are not adopting any grades!!😃Further, it is crucial for all students to have a balance between soft skills and subject skills.Many are thinking like soft skills are required for getting a job!! Yaa..this is so true.But, For doing work effectively, you need to have subject skills.

Well, LinkedIn!!! A place for interactions of professionalists, recommended marketing professionals that Data Analysis was the  top rated skills for all proffessions in 2015, moved down to a drop in 2019.

But,2020 says that content creation, web design, SEO, PPC are the crucial things that you need to be a great marketer.The most popular demanded skills by the Marketing directors and recruiters is: SEO, SQL, Goggle analytics, Data Analysis and HTML.

Now in 2020,all are doing such things like Tiktok,You Tube, Facebook, Instagram Marketing shows that social media marketing rapidly growing and all are earning through it.But true thing...it is slowing down.Reason is everyone can say, they have experience and such relatively easy skills in the platform of social media.Some of them only knows how to work like a pro and reach the business.

But, Content is still staying like a KING in the field.It is one type of marketing that almost every company can execute.

So, the scenario says to the marketer is!!!Having such numbers of skills to become a better marketer.
