Are you concerned with a feeling termed sadness?
I know most of us are passing through the same way, as we are facing this pandemic.
Many people are there, who really worry about their career as well as earnings in this worst(COVID-19). Also some are taking their own life themselves. So, My questions is......
Is it the last stage of depression?
Definitely not... This is not the last stage. So, Is their any other way!!!! Yes, there is. We can't control what is happening but we can change them with our own experiment.
I have few tips that can help you to find out a new life. I must say that you will come out from the darkness.
1.CHANGE YOUR THINKING:
There are some people who get upset without reason. The main reason for feeling sad is thoughts. Overthinking and negative thought leads to a mental health issue. So, try to change your thinking for a while. Don't get too deep in any matter, that will recall you about yesterday's problem. So, try to think about opportunities which will come tomorrow. When you will change your thinking, it will change your life.
2.MEDITATION-
Meditation is a vitamin capsule for our body. It is way of purifying all the negativity and create a center of attraction. Especially it will train your mind to increase concentration. It will give an introduction to you about yourself. So, when you are going through any kind of depression and negative thoughts, pay attention towards meditation.
3.LAUGH-
We already know, what are the miracles are there as a result of smile on the page- Miracles Of Smile To Make Others Happy.
One of the key is to beat the depression is laughing. Their are some who will say it is so easy to laugh but still their are some who can't. Is it really that much hard to laugh!!! Yes.... It is so difficult to laugh for those who are depressed but If you will try then you can recover it. As you all know that it is so easy for me. So, whenever i am upset, i try to make myself happy.
I know.... you want to know how it is so easy to laugh when someone is upset. No worries. I have my own master plans to laugh.
- Try to chat with some funny friends with some funky stickers.
- Try to spend time with your siblings and share the all day with them.
- Try to watch some prank videos in social media.
- Try to watch comedy shows and movies.
So, these are some strategies that i usually puts in my daily life to make myself happy.
4.AVOID LONELINESS-
Some people experience some feelings of loneliness while their mood is off. In this time, avoid to stay alone and indoors. Go outside, look up and feel the sky. Really it will teach you how much broader the life is!!! It will expand your thoughts that what you can do tomorrow.
5.ENGAGE YOURSELF-
Life turns at the point while we are making some new plans. Their is no taste without planning of new things. So, try to engage yourself in doing the things that you really passionate about. Try to find out your inborn qualities and utilize them. I strongly believe that the best way to find out the best version of yourself is to lose with some service that you can do for others. It makes me happy and expand my circle with unknown peoples.
6.SHARE YOUR FEELINGS-
I know it is harder for you to express your feelings with someone, because you might have a thought that the people cant feel the pain that you are going through. I completely agree with you. But, do you think only humans are the friends with whom you can share your feelings!!!
I don't think so... You can share your feelings with anyone.
Yes... Whenever i can't share my feelings with anyone, i share all my things with God who really understand my feelings and i share with the peoples who really loves me and guide me in my life.
7.SPEND YOUR TIME WITH FAMILY-
The place where you started your journey of life will always care about you. The members of your own family will understand you the most in this world. Whenever something bad is moving around you, try to discuss with your family. If you are staying outdoor them call your loved ones at least 3 times a week.
We can't always change what is happening around us. So, let them go in their way. Try to be strong in these situation and believe yourself.
